One phone interview + one in person interview. Between each interview was about a 2-3 week wait. Phone interview includes a type of IQ test. I applied for the QA Development summer internship and after the initial phone interview, they told me the position has been filled already. They said two other positions were available. One was Operations Analyst and had work including tables and excel. I go to the in person interview and the interviewers asks more about my customer services related skills. Fortunately I did do some customer service related work but I only prepared to talk about analytical and number crunching type work. After I finished my part, the interviewer said the position was Client Services and did work relating to interacting with clients and supporting the two teams by being the liaison in a way.
I'm not sure if the information I was given regarding the position was inaccurate, the position listing was inaccurate, or that I misinterpreted the given information but I feel like I prepared for the wrong interview.
