Initial Phone Screen with HR, Phone Call with direct Manager, In Person Interview, Work Assessment. The timeline for a next step kept getting pushed and then there was no response to the last step (not even a 'we went with someone else'). It seemed like they were making up the process as they went along and their lack of communication was frustrating.
