Initially I was contacted by a recruiter for this position. The recruiter was on top of every step of the process. I interviewed with 7 people via web interview( Director, direct manager, HR, and various peers) this gave me a feeling that they are very invested on the interviewing process to see if I am good fit for the position and are compatible with the team.
The whole process took about 3 weeks, which then I was granted an offer and started the background check process, during this time the hiring manager offered for me to visit the site and showed me around and we discussed various projects that they are doing.
