I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Spoonflower (Durham, NC) in Aug 2013
Interview
Spoonflower uses a sort of open interview process. Potential candidates apply through an online portal and, if accepted, are given a window to come by and interview. You're usually interviewed in the order you arrive and lots of people show up for the same position–snacks and drinks are provided :) You meet with the operations director, a member of the HR team, and an operations supervisor. Generally, you'll get a tour of the facility even if you don't end up getting hired. Overall, a really nice interview experience.

Interview
My resume didn't matter. You are interviewed by the VP of Ops and Performance Manager for Ops. This is a casual place with very eclectic employees, the weirder you are the better.

Question 1
How do you feel about meeting deadlines and completing tasks under time pressure

Interview
The interview process took a while, I applied more than once and it took a long time for them to get back even though I was more than qualified. I was finally called in to interview and sat in a room with 20 other people and waited for my turn. I met with one woman first who was very serious but easy to talk with. My second interview was with two other people who were kind and easy to chat with as well.
