Very relaxed and easy. You essentially meet with the director and have a conversation about your qualifications and goals. Director will stress that the company is not corporate and does not want to become big and corporate. Stressed also the importance of you handling your schedule and your day. I was told that we do not meet but quarterly and reports are minimal. Productivity was the main focus and that was measured by numbers, etc.
