Sprout Social Associate Software Engineer interview questions

It was a standard interview process with phone-call, interview with the team. The technical interview was 2 hour long, with two parts one hour each. The interview was not difficult and tested key concepts.

1st round coding challenging on Hackerrank, 2 hours time limit. Once passed you'd go to a screening round with the recruiter. Sprout Social has fine tuned their recruiting pipeline and their recruiters are among the best that I've ever worked with. The last round consists of a panel interview with 3 rounds, each round 2 engineers will ask you questions about coding/behavioral. Eventually, you will talk to the director of engineer for final screen.
