Stantec Graduate Environmental Advisor interview questions

Got a telephone interview 2 weeks after passing the first stage of the application process. The interview was with a current graduate and was very informal and friendly. Most were competency based questions, with an emphasis on your past experience in the sector. Waiting on assessment centre now.
