The interview was extremely simple. STAR based questions. The two district managers that interviewed me were astounding! They knew their business like the back of their hand! They also LOVED their partners. When you interview with people who are wholeheartedly passionate about their teams it's awe striking! They could tell I was the same when it came to my teams! When I manage my teams I love them wholeheartedly. I utilize a recognize then coach tactic when it comes to my teams. They seemed to adore that. They asked me a lot about my experience because I come from a pretty big management background. I even have run a license Starbucks store Talk about sales and how you would increase them! Talk about the driving force behind your capabilities in leadership! They love people with a passion for building strong teams! If you express that there is no way you won't get a job!
