It was very thorough. I did an interview on the phone with an HR partner. Then I did an interview in office. Then had to come back a couple days later and make outbound calls! I also had to unexpectedly sell a pen in front of me.

A phone interview and then an in-person one. Pretty standard call to make sure your personal and can hold a conversation. Some firms churn and burn their reps, and others care to invest in them for the long-term. All depends who your agent is, and what they're looking for.
