Overall, the interview process was very pleasant. As most mentioned, it is a LONG drawn out process. It took 71 days from application submission to receive an offer. I submitted the application and received a call to schedule a phone interview three days later. After the initial phone interview, I received another call a couple of weeks later to take a online skills and personality test and to schedule a second phone interview with the corporate HR recruiter. The call with the corporate recruiter was about 10 minutes and consisted of two situational questions. Another two weeks passed and I received an invitation to interview at the local office. The office interview consisted of three HR representatives taking turns asking situational based questions. After the interview they said that they would contact me within a month to offer me the job if I had made the cut. They offered a take it or leave it offer contingent upon passing a background and drug screening, which I accepted. I have yet to receive a status on my urine test and background check but I am sure it is fine. I look forward to working with State Farm
