I applied for a Claim Processor position initially, and 2 weeks later (on a Monday) I received an email from a recruiter asking if I would like to be considered for a Claims Representative position. I responded saying yes (as it was a higher position, and as a recent University grad I was excited for that).
The same recruiter sent me emails with links for their pre-employment testing which I did on Tuesday. It was a link to three different tests. One consisted of basic logic questions, another was a personality test and the other was a typing test where you filled out order forms in a call centre scenario. You don't get immediate results from your testing and they have to be done on a PC (The program/site is not compatible with Macs.)
Wednesday morning I received an email saying that my testing results were competitive and that they will be forwarded to a local recruiter. Wednesday afternoon I received a phone call setting up an in person interview for the following Thursday (There was no phone interview).
The interview was only about 20 minutes long and asked typical customer service interview questions, none of which I hadn't heard before. They were asked at rapid fire with little feedback, but the interviewer was very nice and made it comfortable.
I heard back via email the next Thursday that I wasn't selected to fill the position. I also got a second rejection email on Friday; I'm not sure why two different emails were necessary.
