Video interview followed by phone call with recruiter. Received offer immediately after that call. Recruiter explained job on this call, didn’t ask any interview questions. Video interview asked situational questions.
Phone interview only, no virtual. Be prepared to tell why you would be a good fit for the position and your background and experience related to customer service. If you have any claims background, emphasize that.

Interview
The interview process was quick and straightforward. Virtual interview and then 30 minute phone conversation with HR if selected. The virtual interview was new to me and a little intimidating but I know that is the way a lot of companies are choosing to interview candidates now. You get two tries to record your answer but the second attempt has to be used wether you like the response or not.
