Interview went really well. It pertained of an online assessment then a phone interview. Online portion is about 40 minutes long about typing speed and basic customer service questions. Phone interview was great, job was offered right there on the phone afterwards. Surprised there was no formal in person interview.

Interview
The process took about a month. I applied 2/28, got a link to take an assessment on 3/3, then I received an interview invite on 3/6. The interview questions were behavioral questions (STAR) . I did the interview and received an invite for a phone call to learn more about position on 3/21.

Interview
Interview process was seamless and straight to the point. The process took about 2 weeks before an offer was submitted. Start date about 1 month from acceptance. I’m excited to start my new career with State Farm.
