Interviewed for position with current company. Had previously worked with the manager in the past and cross-trained in the department I interviewed in. Discussed applicable experience and assets I could bring to the hiring position. Met with 1 other manager and the manager's supervisor. There were a few situational interview questions. Review competencies for the position and be ready to give examples of how you use those particular competencies.

The process was quick and they were very responsive the entire time. Even providing feedback when I was not offered the position explaining things to work on before trying again.
