I applied online. Received an email 2 days later. I did the disclosure and test. I received an email stating I passed. A week later I scheduled a phone interview. 2 days later I got a drug test email. After the drug test and back ground check I got hired on.

Straightforward. Apply Online > pre-employment assement>virtual interview with self recorded questions > if selected, approximately two weeks later you get an email request for follow up interview> follow up interview goes through any additional questions, role details, and confirms interest, then possible job offer.

Simple questions. State Farm uses the star method. Interview was through a video which took off a lot of pressure and nerves. You’re able to re record questions only 2 times.
