I applied online, and was sent an email asking me to take personality tests and a typing test. After I successfully completed those I was asked to take part in a phone screening a week later. 2 weeks after the screening I had an onsite interivew. 10 days later I got the job offer over the phone.

The process was quick and they were very responsive the entire time. Even providing feedback when I was not offered the position explaining things to work on before trying again.
