I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at State Farm (Richardson, TX) in Jan 2017
Interview
After applying online, I got an email with some assessment skills (typing, data input). A few days after completing those, I received another email with an interview time, which I needed to confirm. Upon entering the facility the day of the interview, I was sat down with other interviewees, and we were brought in to a 15-20 minute overview of the job, including responsibilities and benefits. Afterwards, each interviewee was interviewed individually by two hiring managers. Interviewers were very nice, the interview took about 25 minutes.

Interview
The process took about six weeks. First, there was a self recorded video interview to predetermined questions and once completed it would be reviewed. Then a call with the recruiter was the final step.

Question 1
The usual questions like tell me about yourself etc.
It is very generic. It starts out with a HireVue interview, then a typing test, and then you are told whether or not you are accepted. A majority of the interview is based off of the HireVue videos.
