The process was really easy.I was emailed for schedule a time that i was available. It was a phone interview and was offered the job on the spot. An extensive background check is required as well as a drug test. An official job offer will be available when background check and drug test has passed.

It seems to be a very low base pay leading to sales. This was not something I am interested in for my career. I have had several interviews with state farm but very few offered benefits needed for my family.
Easy phone interview. Asked basic questions for the initial interview, was very fast and easy. Hear back in 48 hours. Was asked why I wanted the job, and how comfortable on a scale of 1-10 how comforatabke I was with sales
