1st step- After a month after I applied I received an email to complete assessment
2nd step- Received a request for a phone interview which lasted almost an hour. Before the phone call ended, I was offered the job contingent upon successful Background check and drug test. Just recently got my final offer letter.

Interview
Completed video interview and about a month later had a phone call and discuss background, job expectations and asked generic questions such as "can you work in a quiet area". Once done sent a rejection email about 5 mins later. Not sure what they was looking for.
Online assessment and video interview-not hard, but can be intimidating if you don’t have a lot of experience with technology. Pretty straightforward though and easy to get through. They keep you informed throughout the process
