I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at State Farm (Duluth, GA) in Jan 2013
Interview
Initially contacted via email to take tests. Passed the tests, and received an email within 24 hours after taking tests to set up a initial phone interview. Answered some behavioral based questions (when is a time you had a difficult situation?, etc). Within 2 weeks I was scheduled for a face-to-face interview, where I met with 3 hr representatives. Within 1 week, I was sent an email for a contingency job offer, pending background check and drug test.
