I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at State Farm (Irvine, CA) in Jul 2009
Interview
Very deceptive about the amount of cold calling and how repetitive the work was. They say it builds character but it just makes you feel like your a nuisance to everyone. Not very difficult to get hired as long as you can carry on a successful conversation.
