I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at State Farm (San Marcos, TX) in Nov 2018
Interview
Engaged in a thirty minute over the phone interview . Briefly discussed relative work experience and school including major, activities ,and organizations. Then went on to discuss the task for the intern position i was applying for and what all it entailed. Lastly we scheduled a time for an in person interview.
The process was a little bit unorganized and slow but overall great team and process. I would recommend it. Pro tip: bring lots of questions. It's an hour long, but only 30 minutes of them asking you questions.
Interview process was fair, lot of behavioral based questions and some seeing knowledge of the insurance process overall. Felt fairly standard and straightforward throughout the interview process with communication and timeline explained what to expect at each step
