Interview
It was super casual! Quick hiring process too. The interview was with the owner of the office so it was really laid back and not very stressful. They just want to make sure you are a good fit for the company and are able to do your job.

Did a virtual interview and then had a phone call where they offered the job. The second interview was just them explaining the job and then offering. It to me.

Interview
The process is long but very straight forward. The first step is done with pre-recorded questions and you record your answer. I waited several months to move to the next step. They are very strait forward with their expectations before hiring, which is nice.
