I interviewed for an intern position and it was pretty easy because I found common interest with the Agent. As long as you demonstrate passion for the industry it's easy going.

Interview
The interview process is extremely muddied with pseudo science and Meyers Briggs personality assessments. The Meyers Briggs assessment is a lazy and incompetent method of hiring candidates based on anecdotal evidence about what attributes lead to successful agents. The personality assessment is absurd and does not factor in human intuition and past accomplishments.

Interview
My interview with the agent last over an hour, with questions ranging from career goals to strength and weaknesses. We had a pretty good conversation which doesn't seems like an interview. Salary and commission were also in the discussion. Overall, it was a good interview.
