Two part interview process. One part over the phone, follow up interview in person. The usual getting to know you and describing the position set up. They had very kind and professional management and hiring reps. They were very transparent about the position and the companies values and needs from an ideal candidate.

It seems to be a very low base pay leading to sales. This was not something I am interested in for my career. I have had several interviews with state farm but very few offered benefits needed for my family.
Easy phone interview. Asked basic questions for the initial interview, was very fast and easy. Hear back in 48 hours. Was asked why I wanted the job, and how comfortable on a scale of 1-10 how comforatabke I was with sales
