The hiring and interview process was your standard by the book interview. The interview consist of several steps. Phone interview ( lots of situational questions) , 3 personality/behavioral assessments, background check, and an in person interview that is 60 minutes long.

interview itself was okay, they asked generic questions like 'tell me about yourself' or 'why didnt you get the previous job' etc and you are expected to do a project brief with 10 topics, speakers and a sales letter within 2 days. this was incredibly tough because you have to research on the topics and find out which is suitable.
