I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at State Farm (Richardson, TX) in Sep 2015
Interview
The process took exactly one month. After I applied I was sent two tests to take online that access personality/typing skills. Then I was contacted about scheduling an in-person interview. I had two interviewers which made me a little nervous but they were both extremely friendly and personable so that helped me relax. They gave me a short tour of where I would be working before the interview. During the interview it was pretty straightforward... lots of "Tell me about a time..." questions - make sure to answer in STAR format. After the interview they said they would get back to me in a week but they actually called me two days later. My advice is to prepare for the personality questions - there are many sources online that have practice questions.

Interview
I've interviewed with this company. Very straight forward process. Would recommend applying to this job. The steps depends on the recruiter the agency uses. Mainly over the phone interviews, video, and in person last.
I applied online. I interviewed at State Farm (Southaven, MS) in May 2026
Interview
It seems to be a very low base pay leading to sales. This was not something I am interested in for my career. I have had several interviews with state farm but very few offered benefits needed for my family.
Easy phone interview. Asked basic questions for the initial interview, was very fast and easy. Hear back in 48 hours. Was asked why I wanted the job, and how comfortable on a scale of 1-10 how comforatabke I was with sales
