Applied through state far website. A week or so later got an email asking me to fill some more stuff out and then they sent me two tests to take. Once that was done a day later I got an email about my results being competitive. Then got another email about setting up an interview. Set interview up for a week later and got confirmation email from another recruiter. The same recruiter was the one that interviewed me on the phone, and was right on time. The interview questions were: Tell me about your work and education history.. tell me a time when you had to work on a team and there was a difficult coworker who was unwilling to pull his weight. tell me a time when there was a difficult customer, how did you handled it, and their reaction.Tell me about a time when you had to multi-task? The interview lasted for about 15 mins. then i was offered the job. Pay is ok.
