State Farm Claims Processor-Auto interview questions

This is the second phone interview from State Farm, the first in August of 2012. The first interview was by a women calling from Florida. Prior to this interview, I was asked to take a typing test to determine speed and accuracy, and the second test was for listening and following directions. The on-line sample interview questions for State Farm are very consistent with the interview questions I was asked. The second interview tonight was about job history, why I wanted to work for State Farm, and if I knew anything about the working environment and job responsibilities of a Claims Processor. The company is selective because they invest time, money, and training in their employees. Benefit package is very competitive. Both interviewers asked if I wanted the job and I said yes. This interviewrt said I would hear back in a few days, as the last one did, which was with a rejection letter.

I applied online and got a call instantly to confirm my where about and was informed that i will be getting an email to which i needed to respond. This email contained my consent to go ahead with the job and salary. After replying to it I got a second email containing 2 tests. I submitted those two and was contacted a few days later to inform that i had passed both test and was ready to give a phone interview with the HR.
