I applied in early January 2016 for the USA position and within a couple weeks had an email regarding online testing. Once I submitted my testing (only took about an hour), I waited and within the week I had an email about an interview. *NOTE* Any time you get an email from HR, make sure you follow all the directions. Many require response within 24-48 hours. If you do not do this, you will not have an interview. The interview was scheduled for February 2016 at the Illinois Operations Center. All of the people being interviewed were taken into a room with two USA's who explained their jobs and what to expect. One worked in personal lines and the other in commercial. After that, they had a bunch of interviewers come in and call the applicant's names one by one and took them all into a large room. Each applicant was interviewed by 2 people. They will ask questions and want back specific answers. All in all, the experience was great. They said we'd hear back in 5-10 business days once a final decision has been reached. Needless to say, I've been checking my inbox constantly in hopes of a job offer but it's only been 5 days so far. Glassdoor requires that I choose if I got the job, got an offer but declined, and if I did not get an offer. As of yet, no offer but still plenty of time. They said I will get an email whether or not I got a job.
