I'm a phd student
Phone interview: 45 mins. Very strong related to your resume, focus on your job market paper.
On site: 1 hour presentation, and then meet managers and other people. 6 groups, half an hour each.
Questions are very technical.

Probability theory, econometric. Very Technical !!!!
2 rounds virtual, one hour each, 3 interviewers each round. Mainly competency questions, nice conversations. They want to understand your past experience, how much you know about risk strategies and what you worked on
First, I applied online using their portal. I had an interview with the team, and then another interview with the head of the team. HR contacted me afterwards with an offer.
I met with the HR first and then one on one with a manager in the team. They switched the person to meet with me last minute due to a conflict with the original interviewer.
