It was 2 rounds of behavioral interviews. Both were with HR. One was on the phone. One was in person or on Skype. It was a pretty boring and easy interview.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at State Street in Feb 2014
Interview
One interview over the phone- very brief, mainly behavioral questions, how you work well with a team, name a time where you had to think outside of the box, strengths/weaknesses etc. Nothing too out of the ordinary or pressing.

Question 1
Name one time where you had a disagreement with a teammate, and how did you go about resolving it?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at State Street in Dec 2015
Interview
It was one 30 minute phone interview with University Relations team member. It was more of a conversation than an interview and predominantly focused on behavioral-type interview questions. There were no technical-based questions, which made the interview fairly simple. About two weeks later, I received an email from University Relations informing me that I had received and offer for the position.
