Phone interview with HR. While the questions were pretty straight forward to answer, HR was extremely unprofessional being more than 40 min late to our phone called and calling only when it was sent an email, background noise was extreme due to children ( nothing wrong with having children but when working remotely they should be able to maintain quiet ) making it hard to concentrate for me and for them, while I could not hear the questions. The person also was constantly muting making it extremely awkward as they also had signal issues making my experience negative and not sure whether she even heard what I was saying. While flexibility for employees is great state street is too great to give candidates such experiences and not having processes to ensure this is not the image that is passed to candidates by HR.
