I was given a detailed description of the job and the duties it encompasses. I was asked questions regarding my background and allowed to ask questions about the company or the job. We also did a tour of the site .

Interview
It was very unorganized and unprofessional experience. There is a lack of communication between HR, recruitment, and the manager hiring for the position. I had 4 phone interviews and 3 in person interviews. They hired internal employees first. If you decide to interview, I suggest asking if internal personnel are interviewing. They do not follow through. The worst experience!

Interview
Spoke with an outside recruiter Stericylce uses and he set up an interview with a regional manager. Interview was calm and stress free. I heard back within a few days that I would be extended the job position.
