My first interview was for Customer Care Coordinator. I was contacted by the recruiter later that day to advise they would like to do a second interview. The following week I was interviewed for the Customer Care Coordinator III position.

Interview
I went to a job fair they were hosting. I had my first interview and my typing test, and upon successful completion of the test, I was taken to another manager to schedule my 2nd interview and assessments. The 2nd interview was conducted, then I took my data entry test and my customer service assessment. I was contacted the following day via telephone for a conditional job offer. I accepted a verbal job offer and was sent via email the documents needed to complete the hiring process (signed offer letter, internet access, payroll information, etc).
