The interview process was 4 steps. I engaged with the recruiter who kept me abreast the whole time on what the next steps would be after each interview. I met with the manager of the team, regional sales director and the regional VP of the Northeast team. I was excited to interview with Stericycle so for me it was like having a great conversation with likeminded individuals who all have the same drive and vision to succeed.
