I had 1 phone interview that lasted about 20 to 30 minutes. A few days later I was invited to the STL home office for an interview. It was very comfortable with the manager of the department. A couple days later recieved a call and was invited to a 2nd interview with the same manager and the assistant director. Both interviews were very informative and low stress.
