On-campus interview, Gallup interview (via phone), interview with hiring managers (team match). Process was very streamlined with an attentive recruiter. Gallup interview was quite annoying but at least it was short

Asked about items on my resume. Basic questions such as "tell me about a time where you failed"
Career fair at school. Contacted for initial on site interview 2 days after. Next was a phone interview with Gallup which was a little unnerving because of interview format, 3 hiring managers interview, and then offer within 2 months
