You click on a link, and you schedule an interview.
The problem is that no one informs you ahead of time that you will be recorded, nor do they obtain your consent beforehand until the recruiter logs in and you see that you're being recorded.
Based on the interview questions, the organization feels unkind and unfriendly, and it felt like they treat children like they're working in an assembly line. It was a major red flag.
Also, the person interviewing me had a lot of unpleasant facial reactions to my answers. Everyone has their own thoughts and opinions based on their experiences and exposures but it felt like I was supposed to answer in a way they wanted. It was uncomfortable and that person should have remained neutral toned. That was all I needed to know about the organization, as I emailed them to let them know I was no longer interested.
