I submitted job application and wait for one or two month to get interview. 1st interview is with Human Resource,it's about 30 minutes long. And 2nd interview is with Hiring manager, for about another 45 minutes.

Round 1 - HR screening . It was very casual, like having a conversation about my experience and the role itself. Round 2 - hiring manager and team where they asked more questions about my resume and prior experience as well as some behavioural questions. Entire process was very efficient, friendly and easygoing. Interviewers both times were easy to talk to and very open about the role and responsibilities. They were very quick to let you know where you are in the process and didn't drag it on.

Applied through indeed.ca contacted though HR department. All went smooth and as was planned in the initial communications. After interview, did not hear from HR for about 3 weeeks.
