There are two rounds of interviews. First interview is a phone interview with the Recruiter. If you are offered a second round interview, your odds of getting an offer are quite good. The second set of interviews were consists of two back-to-back 30-minute interviews with a the direct hiring managers. Each interview segment consists of about 15 minutes of "fit" questions and about 15 minutes of a practice case. The interviewers, like the vast majority of people at the company, are very pleasant and encouraging. The Recruiter was reassuring and positive throughout the process.
