Application process is invasive and extensive. Phone interview felt like she was not really interested. I did well enough to get an in person interview. I was told that I would be working with IRA's in the phone interview, but when I got there they said they were unsure which area that they are hiring for. I was told in the phone interview that the dress is business casual. Specifically, no jeans. I arrived in business attire. Everybody was in jeans. The interviewers told me that they wear jeans there and implied that I was overdressed. One of the interviewers suggested that dress should be tasteful and not what you would wear to a club. The other interviewer was in a sweater with a low cut tank and a huge tattoo hanging out with cleavage. I know this would not be my dream job, but I really need a job. I was extremely thankful to get an interview. Waiting to hear whether or not I will get an offer.
