I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Synchrony (Frisco, TX) in Mar 2015
Interview
Applied Online, personality test, along with skills test, received phone interview confirmation and date choice immediately after skills test, and background information. The interview was with a "representative" and they seem to have no personality or customer service skills. They gave me with several minutes of dead air while they updated their notes to then offer me an in person interview. It was a terribly boring phone screening.

Interview
The application process seemed highly disorganized. While all email interactions were cordial, my interview kept getting rescheduled on short notice. It was hard to get any clear answers. Felt more like pulling teeth, than a hiring process.

Expectations became less clear, and the environment felt more pressured than advertised.
