Question 1
How do you handle working with multiple personalities?
Initial phone interview with a recruiter and second interview with hiring manager. Rating a "negative experience" because this is the second time in the past year that I have interviewed or had serious discussions with hiring managers at this company in completely different regions. Both times, instead of responding to emails or communicating that they are going with another candidate, they have just completely ghosted me with radio silence. The fact that this has happened by different people across the country from each other, shows that is a company-wide culture of disrespect.
Also, despite their flowery posts on Linked In about diversity and appreciating women, they are still not interested in hiring anyone who is not a white male. Go with the competitors.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Syngenta (Lansing, MI) in Jan 2013
