TCW Executive Assistant interview questions

Video call - the interviewers were incredibly unorganized and unprofessional by talking and laughing with other people off camera while I was being interviewed. One of the interviewers had to ask the other to mute herself since we could hear her conversation and laughter. One of them spoke poorly about the employees that are working remotely. The job posting I responded to was listed as a hybrid position, but during the interview they made it very clear that there would be no remote days allowed.
