TEKsystems Contractor interview questions

Amusing - I found the opportunity and was told it had to go via the company's recruiter, TEKsystems, so I actually had to go through an interview process with TEKsystems after already having been interviewed and accepted by the customer. The process was professional but inflexible, including the candidate testing that they were supposed to do for new applicants before presenting them to the customer. As part of the process I also had to wait on a background check to be completed and take a drugs test.

Initial meet was in a public place over lunch. Mike was well dressed, professional and easy to talk to. Basic fact about what I was looking for and what they could provide. He described a few positions he had available at that time. I stated what I was looking for. The next day I was contacted about the exact position I was trying to get.
