It was tough , had to go through an interview with two managers and then had to present a business case . You will be asked questions and expected to answer in BAR or STAR format , background , your specific actions and results.

Initial call with a recruiter, then interview with reporting manager and recruiter. In general standard interview questions, requested to give examples of how I dealt in different situations. Last about 30 mins and overall relaxed and friendly approach.

Received an interview call after several weeks, I was really excited and I think interview went well however never heard back from talent accusation rep, even after multiple email follow not even a courtesy email to let me know that what I did wrong or could have done it better
