it is ok not too hard. You wouldn't likely want to work for Telus once you know the truth. Unfortunately, you need to get hired then try to leave the BORG. Resistance is futile. You will be put on a blacklist of no re-hire by Telus and contractors stakeholders for 90 Days
Very thorough - well thought out interview. interviewer was nice and experienced, pretty standard interview questions all around. there was also the ability to converse about the job and the responsibilities during and after the interview.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at TELUS (Edmonton, AB)
Interview
Interview questions were pretty straightforward, questions about why you should be hired, and what will you bring to the team. I gave them scenery of how have been of great helps to customers, have had over positive feedback from customers over the years.
They ask you typical questions about customer service and solving people's problems. As long as you have ears on your head you can answer the questions they give you. Usually they sit outside the store and do the interview. Be prepared to have distractions walking around you.
