Interview
I recently had a preliminary interview with Telus for an account manager. The interview process was well-organized and professional. The interviewer was friendly and asked Behavioral Descriptive Interview (BDI) type questions, which allowed me to showcase my experience and skills effectively.
The conversation was insightful, providing a clear understanding of the role and the team dynamics. I appreciated the opportunity to discuss my background and how it aligns with Telus' values and goals. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I am looking forward to the next steps in the process.
Pros: Professional and organized interview process, friendly interviewer, insightful conversation about the role and company values.
Cons: None at this stage.
2 part process with a video screening before moving onto the virtual interview. Questions focused on the app and how you would deal with patients. It was about a month process.
Meet with recruiter, then move onto interview with director, and finally a panel interview. In the panel interview you get given a case study to read which is then followed by answering some questions.

It wasn't that hard, the interviewer asked some common questions about myself, why I wanted to work there an so on. It was pretty easy being honest, I think that was one of the easiest interviews I have ever had and I'm currently working at Telus.
