Very straightforward, explained about the job, salary, and commission model in detail. It was a very transparent interview. Talked about what the job involves, how many hours per week will be minimum guaranteed, how much the commission will be paid, how the commission and wage model will work.

It was fair and thorough to test your sales acumen and would recommend to go through; they were able to ask a lot of thoughtful questions throughout. I would recommend to try to do this role if you are a fan of retail
